Contract Terms
- Clawback Clause: Installation is free, but if the contract is cancelled within the first 24 months, the full installation fee (R 1,999) will be invoiced to the client.
Hardware & Delivery
- Router: Free-to-use Standard Wi-Fi Router included.
- Delivery: The router will be delivered via courier. Please note that the client is responsible for plugging the router in as per the included instructions.
- Timeline: Installation times are dependent on the Fibre Network Operator (Frogfoot/DNATel). KCS ISP cannot be held liable for third-party delays.
