The Role:
You are the first point of contact for our clients. We need someone with patience, technical know-how, and excellent communication skills to resolve connectivity issues remotely. You must diagnose problems quickly, take ownership of the fault, and keep our users connected.
Requirements:
- Min 2-year networking/IT support background.
- Previous ISP or helpdesk experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting.
- Must be a team player.
- Own transport and valid driver's licence preferred.
