Join the KCS ISP Support Team in Nelspruit.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in keeping our network users connected and happy. We are looking for a patient, communicative, and tech-savvy individual to resolve connectivity issues remotely and support our senior technical teams.
The Requirements:
- Basic networking and IT support background.
- Previous ISP or helpdesk experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of basic remote troubleshooting and guiding clients through setups.
- A strong team player who handles pressure well.
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence are preferred.

- Salary: R8k to R12k (Negotiable based on experience)
